I see Zelda 2 as a second son. You want him to be like his older brother at first, but then you realize that he is special in his own way and should be appreciated for that. This second son has mastered the upthrust and downthrust and has been killed thousands of times, only to be resurrected. O.K., so maybe he was adopted, but you can't just throw him out on the street. One of the classics.
