Theres been some talk around...

In Zelda

...this other board I post at, and there's a disscussion about how well Twilight Princess will sell? I thought it would be a good thread on this Zelda board. Do you think it could be the best selling gamecube game? I think it could, but might not.

there is no doubt in my mind that it'll quickly become the best selling game on the Cube. it's been hyped for WELL over a year now, and it looks fantastic. I know I'll be picking it up.

I already reserved it in May.

I'll buy it.
I'm quite sure it will be one of the best selling games on the cube, maybe the best-selling. At least I'm sure it will sell better than Wind Waker, because TP gives the fans the graphics they want and no cel-shading (which I liked personally...)

I think WW sold 3-4 million copies. That was bad, because that might have been the worst selling Zelda game. (but you never know, it still is selling as of right now)

But still 4 million is a lot.

TP will sell far more than that I'm sure.
And probably GC sales will also rise again when the game comes out.

Yea, I remember when RE4 came out. 7 people on the other board I post at bought a GCN for just that game. So I agree with you on that.

I already bought my Cube for the Legend of Zelda game. I bought it a short while after E3 LAST YEAR.

It does look amazing so I would be suprised if it doesn't become the best selling game. Does anyone know what is the best selling game as of now? (or anyone care to venture a guess)

I don't know about gamecube, but Super Mario Bros. 1 sold 40 million copies with the NES system.

I will try to get it, it will be my last game before the Rev.
