I bought Mario 2 and really loved it, but nowadays I hate both games (mario and doki), maybe because of playing so much.

Moreover, just let me say that the fact of copying a game changing the characters and making people believe that Mario 2 is an "original" game is simply a SWINDLE !!

Besides, Mario 2 Japan, known as The Lost Levels, is much more interesting than Doki-Doki Panic...

I have yet to play The Lost Levels. Does it have any different items to use in it, or is it the same items as the original Super Mario Bros.?

There are good and bad mushrooms on the lost levels. The bad one meaning they kill you.

Is that the only difference besides level structure? What about enemies and such?

I remember getting SMB All Stars form my SNES back in the day. I got it brand new for nothing. It was some mail in thing, but there was a rebate, so you paid $26 for the game (very cheap anyway) and you got a $13 rebate or something, but they sent us the refund twice
