I want to buy this game for the saturn, and someone wants me to make an offer for a complete copy. What do you think I should offer? Thanks!

I'd say between 20-25$ should be ok for a complete copy.

Digitpress has it for 25$. Prices on ebay are also around that.
So maybe you should go with that.

The game is much more common in Japan. I looked for it a minute ago and found it for 100 Yen in an online shop.
