NES Ringtones

In Off-topic

Hi,
can anyone suggest some websites from where I could download NES ringtones for my mobile phone.

I googled a bit, but most of them gives me code for Nokia Handset.

Is there any place where I could directly download files and copy them to my phone for setting as ringtones.

Thanks.

Pretty sure they have ringtones around there somewhere.

Man my CellPhone serivce won't let me get anything that is not from them. The only Nes ones the have are SMB 1 and Zelda 1.

I don't know which cellphone you use, but with most of them you can put midi files on with a special cable.
Newer cell phones also accept mp3s, right?
So you'd only have to convert nsf files to mp3 and put them on your phone.
I haven't done that myself yet, so I don't know how easy or complicated that is.

Extremely simple if you have a program that mixes sound off your computer into MP3 or uncompressed, such as polderbits sound recorder & editor. Awesome tool. I've been using it for months extracting audio from various DVD's of concerts and things.

There are a ton of midi files on NES Files that you could grab. Of course being midi you have to make sure they sound right. I personally grabbed the CV classic Vampire Killer off of NES Files. Sounds pretty dead on through the cell phone.

My set is Siemens C65. Unfortunately, it does not support .mp3. But, it does support .mid and .wav. However, all .wav and .mid files don't work in my cell phone. Got to do with the different formats I guess.

This means I need to look for .midi files that work with my set.

Can anybody further assist me.

Thanks, this site does all the trick. I have downloaded few .mid files and they are playing ok in my cell.
