How come it flashes? How do you put that in there?

I made one frame entirely white, so it looks like it flashes when something totally kickass happens.

Another neat trick is to make multiple frames in a row of a different solid color to make an uber-cool "flashing" effect.

thanks dude! you shouldn't have any problems with that program. it's really easy to use, hence the name . i use Jnes to take the screen shots, Paint to edit the shot, and Easy GIF Animator to make it animate. it's really easy

Well, I've collected up some that I've made. The first batch here I did by converting them from .avi and taking out frames here and there, messed with the frames/second to get it as close as I could.

Okay, Mulletboy III: The Contra Wars is on hold indefinitely. I can't seem to make the gif in adherence to the original Mulletboy rule (ie each gif is to be a continuation of the same game). Maybe if his gun was a crossbow...? Anyway, I may get back to it, I may not.

I think when I used the compress palettes option to reduce the size that happened.

I found this animated gif yesterday.

I may sound like a total n00b saying this but I never knew that you can set an animted GIF as your wallpaper! And if that not awesome enough you can still tile it or stretch it too! Am I the only person who didn't know this?

Eh, easy. just take any container, drill a hole so you can stick a length of PVC pipe in it, screw two screws intoi the side, attach wires from screws to barbeque lighter, make sure you get a nice blue spark between the screws when you press the barbeque lighter, and that the chamber is fairly airtight besides the PVC pipe. Spray in something aerosol, and click te starter.

I see it's not only me who always tries to hit people in games. It's especially cool in Simpsons Hit & Run. I hit somebody so long that the police came by anc chased me. I just love their commentaries.
It's from "Harvest Moon GBC" The first HM game for the Gameboy, but it was previously a regular GB game that got colourized. It's pretty fun. I'm obsessed with Harvest Moon again lately, Spent over $100 filling gaps in my HM collection in the past couple days..

And Simpsons Hit & Run is a great game! I enjoyed it more than most of the "Essential" Gamecube games.

Heh. That's fun in Hit & Run, and smacking people around and sniping, IMO, is one of the better parts of the GTA series.
