I know we've all seen some cool photos of ppl editing pics of NES carts and tricking them out into newer games. (example: Look at my GTA: SA on NES) I figured that its alot of fun and thought it would be cool to see some of the ones other ppl could come up with. Here are a few of mine. *EDIT - I didnt know where to put this 'cus it is about NES but it is also a little off topic. I just didnt know. *

Those are pretty cool how did you make them?

you will crap yourself when I tell you. 'cus its so easy even I can do it!
Step 1: get a pic of an NES cart. (you can get one right here on NES Files)
Step 2: get a pic of a newer game.
Step 3: open Paint on your computer (thats right, just regular paint)
Step 4: open the pic of the newer game and cut off the part that says PlayStation 2, Xbox or Game Cube.
Step 5: open the pic of the NES cart.
Step 6: drag the newer and edited game pic over top of the cart pic and fit it over the original game lable.
Step 7: check out how trippy it is to see a newer game on a NES cart.

doing this is like crack!

True. I've made a number of altered cart pics of either controversial movie games () to name a few.

One of these days I will reveal them all to the world. I think I might buy a domain and put up a gallery of all my zany pictures created in the past year. Most of them are "game-related" too.

Thanks for pointing that out, OGTL, I didn't even notice it.

^ Not bad, but if you put the image in paint, and used the colour stealer thingy, you could have made the backround of the Metroid sprite the same colour as the rest of the label.

I think you have it 110% mastered Sentry. Yours look awesome. And I was waiting for some one to make a GTA: VC one for a while. I was going to do it but thought I'd wait it out.

*Edit* To avoid double posting, I made a game cart for the bad ass show "24".
