Sleeping Problems
does anyone in here have sleeping problems? I cant seem to get to sleep anymore. I got up at 3pm yesterday and its now 5:36am. anyone got any cure to help me sleep? (and no sheep counting doesnt help)
Get up earlier. If you didn't wake up until 3 pm it's not a surprise you couldn't sleep the next night.
You could try a pill called Melatonin (they sell in stores by the Ginko, St Johns Wart stuff). You also could go to a doctor and ask for Ambian (and this drug will so knock you on you're ass within minutes; so if you get it take it in close proximity to your bed).
I have had sleeping problems since I was 19 and unfortunatly have had to go less than legal ways to get my good sleep (the doctors will only give you so many sleeping pills). So maybe if you can correct it early on you won't be as bad off as me.
Man, I have sleeping/chronic nightmare issues so I can relate to what you're feeling. How long has this been going on? Since I'm a musician, I usually just play my guitar and work on some songs I'm currently writing and recording. I find that once I release some pent up feelings I've had during the day, I can sleep more easily. You may find yourself needing to talk to someone... something you need to tell them. Hell man, just come on the files and make some nice long posts, or talk to someone on Aim. Hope that helps somewhat.
My Air conditioner always puts me to sleep.

I have that problem as well but i just stay up and kill some of my time playing classic games like last night i tried getting through bayoubilly only to not ever beat level 1. But i kept trying just to kill some time
Yea i had that problem once so what i did was i didn't sleep for like 24 hours but i was walking around like a Zombie then i finally got so sleepy that i fell asleep for like 12 Hours
I think playing video games just pumps you up more. The excitement of the game you know.
You could also try reading a book before bed.
Just stay up until you feel really tired. That always works for me.
When I can't go to sleep, I get some water, and listen to some music. Works most of the time .

I recommend some heavy exercise. Just do enough pushups / situps until your heart is beating really fast, your arms wanna fall off, and you kind of feel sick
Your body will be exhausted and it may be easier for you to actually fall asleep.
