I found a lot of great torrents out there that I'm interested in but the BitTornado program that I have to download them I can't get to work. If theres anyone out there who downloads torrents, can you help me out here? Maybe an alternate prgram...?

Azureus and BitComet are great.

Chances are it's not the program's fault, but rather a firewall issue. If you have a router (or other firewall) read up on port forwarding and figure out how to set it up on your home network. If it's a software firewall, just opt to allow traffic through the program when the alert pops up.

Google is your friend.

I use Azureus and it works flawlessly. I can recommend it 100%.
When I installed it, Windows XP asked me about the firewall stuff and there you can allow Azureus to work through the firewall.
Except that I didn't have to do anything else.
Just try it and tell us how it works or not.

BitLord is my torrent program, and lemme tell ya, this thing does better than any other bit client yet. Lets you choose files from a torrent to download, which files to download, plus it has it's own search engine used on a quite large torrent site. By far the best.
