Another landmark. Sometime between now and yesterday, the 500th forums member registered.
And there was much rejoicing.

I'll start things off...

Oh, I forgot to mention those things. I'm going to the University of Waterloo for Mechatronics Engineering. I also like to try to make music occasionally. My friend and I even have a fake band called .

I heard that Icelandic is one of the hardest languages to learn. Just pronouncing the language correctly is very hard for non native speakers. So good luck!
On with the topic, I'm Graham and I live in Plymouth in the UK. I'm currently doing a Business Studies degree which I finish next month so not long now. Besides gaming I'm into football (soccer), live music and wasting time in the pub drinking beer and playing pool.
About those 500 members; a look at the members list reveals that the majority of them recently registered simply to leave a link to their website. Oh well.
My name is Robin and I live in Kendall, Florida. I go to college to study Astronomy. I'm into
Baseball(pitcher), playing for my college. I listen to almost every kind of music but I typically listen more often to techno and trance music.
Not too much to tell about me here.

My major in university is Japanese Studies. My minor subjects are Chinese Studies and Theoretic Linguistics (it isn't as dry and theoretic as it sounds ).

Well, my real name is Rob, for those of you that didn't already know that ( ) . I'm into playing my bass, playing NES (of course!), and just recently (today!) started a job doing construction work.
I like horror movies from all different levels. I like all of them from 'The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari,' to 'Jason Goes To Hell.' I'm really into music, and want SO much to be a "rock star." I know this is a far fetched idea, so I decided to go to school to learn PC programming, and a little more web design. My main
Goal is to earn alot of money and have a maid named Florence.
My name is Mike. I live in a small town in the southern U.S., most of my neighbors are rednecks...I avoid them if at all possible. I'm a stay at home dad, mostly due to the fact I have an incurable kidney disease. It's not fatal....just really painful and hard to deal with at times. It's a genetic thing...it sucks but life goes on. I get to spend a lot of time with my son this way so it's ok. My wife is a tattoo artist, which is awesome because I get free tattoos, lol. I like classic horror movies...Vincent Price is my favorite actor.Music-wise I like Metal, Punk and 50's country like Johnny Cash. I'm also into weird scientific studies like Cryptozoology...I recommend the movie "Legend of Boggy Creek" if you haven't seen it. It was made very near to where I live...and it's all true. Last, but not least, I'm a video game addict....only the classic stuff though!!
Hello I am NES man (I am not giving out my real name) I love game programming, but you won't see any of my games anywhere (cause they are not done). I have been playing piano since I was in 2nd grade. I like to write music, but my midi sytem just won't work any more grrrrrrrr. I have been building and programming robots since I was 6. I have been tring to remake my NES collection, but I only have 16 games. I could go on talking about myself for hours so I am going to stop here.

My real name is mike, 16 yrs old, from NJ.
I like playing Basketball and Football, I play soccer every now and then. My freinds and I usually go to the mall and stuff, sometimes we setup man hunt games. My favorites TV shows are Family Guy, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, American Dad, Lance Krawl Show, Chapelle show, South Park, and Con. I play video games every once in a while, I like the NES for the fact it's unique and I love the simplicity of the games over the games of today that struggle for the perfect life-like game
Currently I have a broken pinky so I can't play foot ball this season but I am still going to try to practice my swimming for the swim team

I can't wait to here from Zen
You too? I LOATH rednecks....They made my high school life miserable! (Maybe they were intimidated by my spiked dog collar)
You lucky duck! I want a tattoo soooo bad but my husband says NAY! He's even tried to bribe me to take out my tongue stud! I want more piercings but that's also a no go...
I'm sick at home as well. Nothing even close to what you have to deal with though (I hope medical science can someday help you cure instead of treat what you have). Do you know if you son will for sure get it?
I had to look up what Cryptozoology was. Little did I know I acually knew what it was, just didn't know the word for it. I always like when they'd talk about stuff like that on that show "In Search Of". Very interesting stuff! I buy a lot of books on forensics and serial killers.
What year did "Legend of Boggy Creek" come out? I've never heard of it. Do you think Blockbuster has it?

I've got something like 65 tattoos at the moment, I'm going soon to get Darth Vader on the back of my right arm...it's the last space I have left for an arm tattoo
I hope your husband becomes more understanding about your desire for body mods...maybe he'll come around. The disease I have is polycystic kidneys....it really hurts most of the time. I'm a zombie a lot of the time because of all the pain meds, but you get used to it I guess . Do you ever watch Animal X on Animal Planet? It's a pretty good crypto show, you'd probably like it. I think Legend of Boggy Creek came out in 1972, Blockbuster might have it. I bought my copy of it at Wal-Mart actually of a bargain shelf. It's about a bigfoot type creature in southern AR. A lot of people don't know this...but the first recorded sighting of bigfoot was made in AR back in the 1800's. Anyways...the film is good, it's an accurate account of the sightings and even attacks by the creature during the 60's and 70's. Stay away from Boggy Creek 2 and 3 though, they are pure fiction based off the first movie and they suck.
Oh yeah...about the rednecks, lol. Yeah...they can be a real pain. If I never see a run down trailer with a broke down car on cement blocks in the front yard and fifteen people standing around who look like they last bathed cica 1934...it would be way too soon!
My name is Rhys, (pronounced Reese, it's a Welsh spelling. Read 'Here be Dragons' for the inspiration. Don't read if you're not a history buff) and I'm from Orange County, California. (If just one more person even mentions "The O.C.", I'm gonna scream. I hate soap operas.)
I like older games, mainly for nonstalgia, but also gameplay. I started posting on this forum, mainly because it was the first I've seen that wasn't populated by illiterates.
. I read several books at a time; encylopedias, Bible, fiction, nonfiction, dictionary. Well enough about me how about somebody else...

The "mystery" of Z.E.N has always been a "mystery" and shall remain a "mystery".
(Or at least until I feel like typing more.)
My name is Tim. I'm 15. I own a NES, SNES, N64, GCN, Sega Genisis, Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, NDS, and a Sony Playstation 1. I love to play games, go out with my friends, hang out at my house, and post on the NES files , and playing sports. Like Hockey, and Football. I also plan on getting the Revolution, no matter what people say. I still have faith in Nintendo to make a great system. Also, I'm a Nintendo fan boy. More so on the classics. One of my favorite games are Super Smach Bros, and " " Melee. I have so many memories with those games.
