My question is... what is that starfish looking thing from? Also, his Mullet POWer Level is at less than half... what gives?

The "starfish" was in the original screenshot of 'Super Glove Ball' so it's something on that game.

As for the "Mullet POWer Level", I just refurbished the image again and...
