NES games on thw WII
Wow, it's felt like forever since I last posted on this site lol. I doubt any of you remember me anyway.
Well, I went to a friends house who got the Wii and I noticed not every nes game was there to purchase. If you ask Nintendo to make it, will they place it on there or does it require a lot of popular demand? I am talking about
Faxanadu.
I still remember you _NrG_.
I guess you could send Nintendo an email with a suggestin but I dunno if they would listen. I guess it depends on how well the game sold? I dunno hopefully maybe one day
Faxanadu will be on there along with
Star Tropics.
Yeah, I remember you, too. Welcome back.
I don't think Nintendo is muh interested in suggestions.
They only put on the Virtual Console what they think is good.
My sisters's still waiting for
Yoshi's Island.
What! No
Yoshi's Island? Nintendo is skipping over one of the greatest SNES titles
Well, this sucks. If they're not going to support a lot of the past titles, it will heavily influence my decision on whether or not to get a Wii.
I was pleased to see the other day that
Kirby's Adventure was available.
Yoshi's Island and other classics will be released eventually, it's just that thay are being released over a steady period rather than all at once.
Figures
Thanks anyway
I downloaded
Tecmo Bowl for the Virtual Console (I love this game, almost as much as Tecmo Super Bowl). I was disappointed to find out that all player names have been removed.
Like the NFL and their players don't have enough money already. Not to mention it's a game almost 20 years old.
Yeah, I also don't understand why they fuss about the names of such an old game. Quite stupid.

It's because EA has exclusive rights to the NFL. The age of the original game is irrelevant, it still has to comply with current licensing if it's being released today.
