Like, they took nintendo hardware and slapped panasonic all over it, i don't get how they are allowed to do that.

Im sure Nintendo said it was okay. if Nintendo didnt like it and wasnt getting money for it belive me, they'd sue the CRAP outta 'em.

That's a normal cooperation between two makers... Nothing special about that.
