Game Boy Advance
...
I have an SP, and I love it, but I haven't gotten many games for it recently.
I have a GBA which I got very cheap second hand (it was shortly after the SP was released so everyone was trading in their advances) so that I could get the 2
Zelda Oracle games. I also have a b/w gameboy with a few games.
Ironic thing is the
Zelda games are gameboy color so I have an advance system but no advance games. Most of the games I would be interested in are just releases of games I already have on the NES or SNES so what's the point of paying for those? There are some others I would quite like, like Advance Wars, but it's a case of too many games, too little time /money.
Of course I have a GBASP, and of course it's in Famicom color.
It's really the only recent console on which you can get "old school" style games like 2D platformers and stuff.
I don't have many games for it yet, but I'll make my hauls when used games get cheaper in Japan.
...
Whoever does NOT own a Game Boy Advance is a cheap sorry bastitch, "un-true" old-school wannabe NES fan who's a fool not to appreciate these amazing 2-D '
Castlevania' and '
Metroid' games for it.
...
I really need to get one.
...
Get one, NOW. That's an order, soldier.
And bow to thy Nintendo altar.
Indeed!
I'm going to get a Game Boy Advance (SP preferably), and one of those cool "YO-YO's" that
Rygar uses.
...
Yo!
I... ummmm....... wow.
What's the word? Oh yeah... anyway...
I don't have a GBA yet. I'd like to get one MAINLY for the CV's on it. I think it'd be nice to have a couple of the Classic Series, too. Perhaps I'll get it on my next big check...
I get my consoles and handhelds mostly for good RPGs. Perhaps I have to try more
Castlevanias. Probably the one for the DS? Sounds promising.
get Lunar Legend
orfor PS the
Lunar Silver Star Story Complete
or Lunar 2 eternal Blue complete
I got a GBA but it's obvoius NES gave up on it even with the crappy DS
i dont own a sp but i own a DS so it makes up for it
...
Hey, what are you talking about? There's a whole bunch of GBA games still coming out. And the DS is far from crappy. It's lacking killer games at the moment, but it'll have some really great ones by the time this year is up.
Yes the DS rocks and this isnt the last GBA they said there coming out with another gameboy in 2006, the DS is not ment to be a gameboy
...
OMFG that would be one of the coolest things almost evear
Cool! I also want to play my cube games on the new Gameboy...
And of course old Gameboy games.
That would make it the best Game Boy evar.
I hope it won't take Nintendo for-evear to bring the new Game Boy out.
What name will it have? Any ideas? Gameboy Revolution? Super Gameboy Advance? Gameboy Very Advance?
...
Ive owned all gameboys so far. (Excluding special ones like the poke'mon colour one)
I got a DS and am waiting patiently for more games, and from what ive heard about the new GBA it sounds great. Although i hope it doesnt die like the GCN.
<-- Look at him gooo!
...
Very much so. I can pick up a GCN at my Pawn store for like $20 aus.
...
What country are you from?
...
Ah. You guys keep everything for ages. You have easy times finding NES but here, you would have to get a miracle to find one.
I have to go to work in a second, hopefuly get paid and buy some games. I wor at a video store so i get paid to argue with people about late fee's and such
20 Aust.$??? That's cheap. Sell them on eBay for 50US$.
The Gamecube's not dead. ... As long we have it in our hearts.
I love my cube. And I still have a list of games to get and play.
As for the new Gameboy: I'm waiting impatiently. I wonder... will they say something about it at the E3?
Wow ..the new gameboy that can play all gbc gba abd GC games ...im going to get that as SOOOON as it hits stores..if it even comes out heh.
no nintendo did say there would be another gameboy in 06 and that the DS is not ment to be a gameboy its "a new experiment"
