I am a nes friend from accross the pond. I was wondering, Will a U.S. R.O.B. Robot work on a UK Pal Nes considering I own a UK version of the Gyromite Game?

I don't know for sure, but I don't see any reason it shouldn't work. The R.O.B. is a normal hardware deVice, isn't it? Like a control pad.
So it work without problems.
I can be wrong, though. Anybody tested that out?

Well, I hate too say yes, because I really don't have a clue myself. But as Manuel said, it's a hardware deVice. I'm not sure if anything is different in the controllers released from region to region. On best guess, I would say that it would work. Of course, there's no way to know unless you test it out.
