Hi everybody,

I just stumbled across this site. I've made a few 8-bit NES and SEGA trivia quizzes. They only take a minute or so, and give you stats so you can compare your results to others. You don't have to register and there are no ads to click through to get there. Please enter your name - of course, it doesn't have to be your real name. Forum name would be ideal.

I'm trying to get as many people as possible to take them, to see if the stats feature is working properly.

I took the NES quiz but it didn't show me my score(failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/pucemoos/public_html/quizomatic/variables.inc on line 24)

I got the same error as Star-Tropics...

I got the same error on the NES easy questions. The NES medium and the SMS easy went through just fine, though! Nice site you have there! Let us know of any updates to it!

Uggh! Lay off the questions.

The NES easy quiz needs a lot of work as stated above. Questions 13 and 15 cancel out each others selection.

NES medium is fine.

I think the stats feature isn't correct for the Master System one (some still show up as being answered 0% of the time). There's some spelling mistakes on the page too (Alein Syndrome?).

Outside of that, it's perfect.

The problems with the NES easy quiz should be fixed now; please check it out.

I tried to manually edit a couple of the entries in MySQL database and I think it jacked up the stats on that quiz a bit.

What do you guys think about the difficulty level? Does it seem about right for the level? (easy, medium, etc.)

Fixed NES_easy_quiz -= Question 2 was not reporting the answer properly.

Well, question 2 on the easy quiz doesn't like to accept the right answer, and still says it's wrong...

100% for easy NES (I think I came along just as all the bugs were fixed )

I wouldn't exactly call that "easy" unless someone has actually played 'Phantasy Star' and remembers how to spell the blasted cat's name.

I've put another one up: 8bit_heroes_quiz !

Some of the more famous stars of the 8-bit era for you to test your knowledge with.

There's also a wee bit of javascript that doesn't enable the submit process until you've entered something for the name (to avoid screwing up the tables in the results screen.) If it gives you any trouble please let me know.

Nice little quiz there! I have to contest one of them, though.

For #10, the character in question actually began his career on the MSX. Though the site is more devoted to Nintendo and Sega, so it's no biggie.
