Thinking about getting this.
1 thinking about getting this any suggestions.
as long as it's actually a true 72-pin connector on the board of the thing, and you don't have to use some lame adapter I would say it's cool, most of the new clones out there are only 60 pins, and you'll need the adapter to play
NES Games on them.
When you look at the photos it seems that you don't need an adaptor. They plugged that gold cart right in there.
If you like it, you should grab it I think.
hmmm...
That's interesting. The controllers they designed have Genesis type plug-ins. Have you read anything about these online? Review wise?
it didn't seem to be actually IN the console, it looked to me like it was sitting on the top...
I emailed the company and asked about the connector and the reply wasWe have a new US NES system coming out by the end of this month which suits the 72 pin US NES cartridges and US NES controllers/light guns. You will find it in our ebay store for preordering.
The XB Top Loading system has 60 pin slot with a 72 pin converter included
so it seems that your best bet is to wait a month... unless you like the games being 3 feet tall and craping out with a slight breeze
exactly what i was thinking,I will just wait until my original nes kicks the bucket.
The same NES that's been running strong for 20 years already?
Same one I had since I was 7.Although it was stored away for a good 10 years and now my son is 5 and I figured it was a good system to start playing on.
It definatly looks pretty cool, I don't trust eBay though so I would rather get it from somewhere else
I think fake consoles are lame! I only buy originals! But that's just me! These games will be my first
NES Games since 1993! Wow!!! It's been a while!!!
there was an adapter for the nes TOPLOADER system for the game genie because the slot for the game was slightly smaller then the frontloader so , galoob made another adapter to put on your toploader and than your game genie and then you nes game and it stuck out so far up it looked really retarded!
