I haven't even found one of those yet.

It's rare, but not as rare as Castlevania1 (Akumajo Dracula).
You can find it for about 5000Yen boxed and for under 3000Yen cart only.
Here's a Japanese online shop that has it.

I found one on a disk in a "hard-off" once, but someone had overwritten the disk. I thought I had something valuable...
