Well, I really don't like ebay. I have ordered 5 things from ebay, and only one game has came in the condtion promised. I really want to avoid ebay.

You have to look better at the people you buy from... Perhaps you were quite unlucky.

I already did over 170 transactions on eBay and everything was perfect.
I don't know about the US situation, though...
