Not sure if I'd call it that. But I have a hard time trying to think of a better 2d shooter.
Zanac is easily one of the best shooters you'll ever get your hands on. With more enemies than you can shake a stick at. And plenty of power-ups to fend them off with.
The many different kinds of weapons change how you play the game. Some are more offensive, some more defensive. But almost all of the weapons build upon themselves. Making it more lucrative to hold out than to change your weapon at every opportunity.
The developers did a sweet job in creating a foreign world. The music smacks of Rygar on speed.
If you are a shooter do yourself a favor and get this classic!
