This is a decent wrestling game. Much better than WWF Wrestlemania Challenge.
But if you're looking for the best wrestling game on NES, I'd go with WCW.
Here's my top choices:
1. WCW: World Championship Wrestling
2. Pro Wrestling
3. WWF Wrestlemania
4. WWF Steel Cage
5. WWF Wrestlemania Challenge.
