| ok this game was very good and it was longer than friday the 13th but one thing i have to say...whoever said this game is like rambo whan u enter a house has to be a little brain dead.for one thing nintendo released a rambo game and it rocked u cant compare rambo and nightmare on elm street.they dont mix.on arnother note this game rocked like new years eve...i just thought there should have been more wepons and dream outfits to choose from...but overall its one of nintendos finest games..and yes halloween should have been on nintendo but the ppl who owned halloween didnt give nintendo the rights to do it |

| i played this game not to long ago and it was pretty good. the four player just kiks up the game. playing with four of your friends on one screen is a blast!! i rate this game 4 out of 5 |

I remember the times of play when we were playing 4 players at time! It rocked! This game is more cool if you liked the movies. I liked the thrill, the 4 players play and the dream warriors suits!

| i love this game and am a fan of the films. the game is fairly simple exept when u have to defeat freddy's hand.i'v played it loads of times now and i'd recommend this game for any freddy fan |

I rented this game along time ago
and it was pretty good kinda hard but
i like a challenge.......why the hell didnt nes make HALLOWEEN for nes they made friday the 13th and nightmare on elm street(cant leave out MIKE) |

| This is definetly a strange game. First off you have to go from house to house like in friday the 13th, than you enter a house and all of a sudden it turns into Rambo. Now the reason for the Castlevania 2 bit is that when your character falls asleep, the game difficulty jumps up quite a bit. At the end of each house (after collecting all the bones) you face off against Freddy. That's really about it. Thats the game, go to house, collect bones, and fight Freddy. Simple, yet Fun. |

| This is an excellent game by LJN, the people that also brought us the very fun "Friday the 13th" game. This is a four player sidescroller, for use with the NES 4-Score. The game has you running around to various Elm Street locales, so you can collect Freddys bones, burn them in the school furnace, and destroy Freddy forever! Along the way you aquire power-ups that can transform you into 3 different Dream Warriors. Its a real blast when youve got four players on screen, each a different warrior, kicking Freddys ass! A real blast, but very hard to find. Buy if possible. |

I have this game too...And even in the many years I have owned my NES, and have emulated on my PC, have I played a game as fun as this.
Although the graphics are not exactly great, what made this stand out was the 4 player ability.
It rocks when you have the 4-score and get 4 players together to kick Freddy's ass.
One complaint...the music...It is annoying. I play this alone on my PC useing FCE Ultra. (Best Emulator out there if you ask me) And Am STILL not tired of it.

become a kid and jog on elm street. Fight bats, Frankens, Devils, and assorted grotesque creatures. But beware, as you fight your "sleep meter" slowly shrinks and sends you into dream land. When you dream Freddy comes to kill you so be sure to obtian soda and heavy mental music to keep you up. This game sports a sizzling sound track! Enough to refuse Freddy Krueger of his dreams! Remeber to toss old Freddy's bones in to the high school fernice, which will put an end to that ghoul, Freddy! I give this game a fun factor of 100, simply because Freddy is a fun game which tantalizes my taste buds! | This is one of the best action games created. Usually when you see action on NES it's either unbearably hard to pass (not including Mario bros. 3)or makes no sense or both, but this one is fun, has great music, and is very addictive.
