In SNES

One of the best games ive played OH YEAH i got it for only $20 hahhaha

im so lucky anyone else own this rare hard to findie?

The laugh is on my side I think. I bought it for 500Yen (5$) in Japan, of course complete with box and manual.

hahahahahahahah.....

muahahahahahaha (that's supposed to be evil laughter... check out in Austin POWers )

heh i got the laugh on all of you. I had it since it came out way back in 95 . My favorite game of all time and i retired from it because ive beaten it (literally) over a hundred times.

hahahahahahaha...

I also wanted to have it back in 95, but no way for me living in the middle of nowhere to get foreign games. (It didn't come out in Germany, needless to say...)

ya i couldn't pay yen in Japan ne way i never been to my dream vacation to Japan
so i got a good deal on what i have ever seen with my own eyes

Then you definitely have to go to Japan.
It's really a paradise for gamers.

I also recommend you to read my Japan-Thread.

Chrono trigger fans huh

You should check my Chrono Trigger Project's Web Ring. I guarantee you will be happy with the stuff you find if you are a CT fan

Looks like a nice start, but not everything is complete yet.
I'll have to check again when you uploaded some screenshots and stuff.

To tell you the true...I have never played Chrono Trigger.

do u like RPGS if so you'll fall in love with this stuff

Well, I did love both Paper Mario's. Also, I'm getting Super Mario RPG, and Maybe Ogre Battle 64. Maybe I'll try this one to....once I get a lot of money.

yeah i got supa mario RPG and Papermario but no thousand year door

test it out on an SNES emu. Thats how I got the game and beat it.

yeah but i got mine with new game + which means u r the same level as before

Ok, I will. Thanks!

About 2 years ago I was in a small used games shop near my house and found an untouched copy for sale for $3. I had heard about it from a friend of mine several years before, but had never seen it. I played it through several times before getting tired of going through the same thing over and over just for the xp and leveling up my stats. That is when I found out about the many different endings that are available by beating it at different places XD. Since then I have aimed at seeing all the endings, but I keep finding new ones that I hadn't even suspected existed. That is what I call a great game.

Yup thats the reason for NEW GAME+. So you can get all the endings .

Yeah, I only have it as a NES ROM on my computer. Awesome game, it took me a year to finish it for some reason. Anyway, I think Square, Enix, and the guy who invented Dragon Ball made this game... it truly shows!

Yea, I remember looking at the Crono Pic in the stats section and it hit me, thats looks like that goku dude when he is the red hair mode

SOmething said that some of the music and ideas of the game were mixed with the cartoon Dragon Ball GT. There's some similarities I think.

Yes, Akira Toriyama (the guy who made Dragonball) was responsible for the character designs, not only in Chrono Trigger, but also in the Dragon Quest series.

I guess he has a thing for drawing guies with fire shaped hair

Yeah, none the less Chriono Trigger kicked ass. DId any of you guys play any of those Dragon Quest games? I only own one for the NES called Dragon Warrior.

Or drawing guys who look like mentally retarded midgets.

'Chrono Trigger' is the first game on my list for my upcoming "Super Nintendo Challenge".
I'm really looking forward to Yasunori Mitsuda's excellent music the most though.

Did you guys ever play Chrono Cross for PSOne?

Yes I own it it is alot of fun but i stopped playing it for some reason.

I never did see it or play it or anything. I wish they made a 3rd one. ANyways, did you guys ever notice how HUGE Chrono Trigger is for a SNES game? I mean, it took me 2 years to finish, there's 6 characters with each of their own endings, plus a twist added if Chrono is left gone... it's pretty cool.

I justed started t play Chrono Cross. The story line is superb, and the music is excellent!

I know this post doesn't really belong here but do you know any more SNES rare RPGs,I want them!

Your better than me, I never heard of it before I came to this site. I Thought I was a RPG fan, Is it as good as Gaia?

I never played Gaia, but I have played Chrono Trigger since I made that post. It's truly a great RPG. I can' t say its the best, because I like its sequel more. (Chrono Cross for playstation 1)

I just Got Illusion of Gaia for free And Im sure Chrono Trigger is better, even though I like Gaias RPG system more (actionRPG) Chrono Trigger is still better,.
