Any Our Landy Peace fans here?

In Off-topic

Is there any Our Lady Peace fans here besides me? Whats your fav song by them? Mine would have to be Superman's Dead just look at those sick lyrics:

Do you worry that you're not liked
How long till you break
You're happy cause you smile
But how much can you fake
An ordinary boy an ordinary name
But ordinary's just not good enough today

Chorus:
Alone I'm thinking
Why is superman dead
Is it in my head
We'll just laugh instead
You worry about the weather and
Whether or not you should hate

Are you worried about your faith
Kneel down and obey
You're happy you're in love
You need someone to hate
An ordinary girl an ordinary waist
But ordinary's just not good enough today

Chorus:
Alone I'm thinking
Why is superman dead
Is it in my head
We'll just laugh instead
You worry about the weather and
Whether or not you should hate

Doesn't anybody ever know that the world's a subway...

I've been known to enjoy some OLP from time to time. though I haven't been keeping up with their new stuff or anything. I'm rather fond of Superman's Dead myself. I like them when I'm in a chillaxing mood.

They came to Timmins a couple years ago, and they were the best band at the concert, other bullshit included swollen members, some shitty canadian bands, and sam somebody, the sell out that performed "Brother down". Not really into their kind of music.

Wow, that's too bad, because Big Sugar and Puddy were the best performances of the show. Too bad you couldn't enjoy them. Even Treble Charger was fun to watch live.

Oh yeah, treble charger. Where are they now, in a shithole feeding off rats? Anyways, forgot about big sugar. they were good.

I couldn't care less where they are now. A band's commercial popularity is not directly proportional to their ability to put on a good show. And it was a good show.

Can't say I'm as into them as I was a few years back. Clumsy is still my favorite

I remember seeing Treble Charger when they were just starting out at local shows around here. As a sidenote, I also saw Finger 11 when they were the Rainbow Buttmonkeys. I think I'm remembering the right memories. I used to smoke a lot of weed back then ;D

but yeah. OLP. I only ever really liked their first album.

i used to like OLP, but never enough to buy one of their cds. superman's dead is a great song.
