I'm looking to get into the field of computer security, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a book for me to better understand the concepts of hacking, etc. All of my computers run on Windows XP, but I haven't been able to find any books that cover it, so if anyone knows of any book(s) that cover all or most of the windows servers, please let me know.

All of your machines run XP, and you want to get into IT security... you need to get some experience with some real firewall OSes, OpenBSD and the like.
