Well, people can photo shop stuff, and make it. Also, I'm sure they sold them. I bet they are hard to find now.

I checked this out at , and it seems legit. They have enough info to know what kind of board was used in it, so I'm gathering that it's real. It'd be cool to have this, just to see how much difference there was. Such as easier parts like in Ninja Ryukenden III.
