Hmm i think a site for it would be on im not sure, but they do have sega cd NES ROMs

Fusion rocks, Romnation charges money for SegaCD downloads

I've been unable to find a good place for them either. Also, you'll need the SegaCD BIOS NES ROMs in order to run the game.

Anybody know another site for sega cd and the NES ROMs ARE FREE?

I first checked NES ROM-World, and they said you have to pay, so I went there and didn't notice any prices or anything. ha! My bad.
