overclock

In Hardware

I just finished overclocking my NES for the first time ever, I put the project off until I was at school and finished with my . I stepped it up to something like 2.8mhz which fixes a lot of the Megaman 6 slow down.
Later this weekend i'm going to install a switch to jump between 2.8 and 4.0. I'm not sure how many games will work at 4.0 but it should be fun times.

The MAME cabinet is awesome! Where are you gonna put it?

WoW! I'm impressed! I can't believe you did that MAME cabinet on your own

I'm new at this, but I was wondering, how do you guys overclock a NES (I've never really overclocked anything so I have no idea)

check out google dude, there must be alot of guides there.
