The Original NES vs The Newer Copies

In Hardware

I have seen some of the new copies people have said they bought. Does an original NES compete with some of these new ones? I heard most ppl comlaining about getting a blank grey screen though.

I prefer the original good old NES or Famicom.
Those clones... yes, those are only cheaply assembled clones. Of course you can't expect to get the same quality.
I only would want clones that look nice.

Are they made by real companies or just by pawn shop computer ppl?

If you're talking about clones they are made by real companies but seeming as the are breaking Nintendos copyright they may not be particularly reputable companies. Most of it comes from Asian places like Hong Kong or Taiwan.
