Pepsi - Nintendo campaign in Japan

In General Gaming

Pepsi runs a campaign with Nintendo in Japan.

If you send them 7 labels of Pepsi Twist (Diet) you might win one original Pepsi Nintendo DS. Those are limited to 1000 pieces.
My family in Japan will probably take part for me.

The other thing is, Pepsi Twist comes with Super Mario Famicom-style Bottlecaps. But have a look for yourself.

That's cool, isn't it?

And last but not least they have a campaign from mid-April. With the big bottles comes "Super Mario"- adhesive tape.

Perhaps I'll get that, too.

I wish they made campaigns like that in Germany...

Well, there's one thing for certain here. Pepsi must not be selling Diet Pepsi Twist like they want to! I'm willing to bet that's their biggest loss right now in sales. I see no other reason that you would have to send those particular labels in.

That's quite alot of different bottle tops! I like the one with Mario ducking the Bullet Bill the best!

I wonder what started this merging campaign?

You say nobody buys Pepsi Twist?... Then that's it!
If they can't sell it, put Mario up on and everybody will buy like mad!

That's true. I saw that with other merchandise. People in Japan buy stuff in whole boxes... in big boxes!
