Rygar is in my top 5 all time NES Games. probably top 10 overall too.
something about that game...

i didnt mind the bosses though. and yes, the music was great

The non-linear, side-scrolling, action/adventure game format is pretty much a solid design. I'm glad the 'Rygar' on the NES was made into this style of game rather than it's somewhat lame, one-hit-kill arcade version.

It really needs a continue/save feature though, and maybe a few more ways to use the "yo-yo".

a save feature would have been nice, but you can still beat Rygar in a little over an hour
