It's about "Play NNN for NES online!" feature of nesfiles.com

It doesn't work! The error message is
NESCafe failed to authorise with NESCafe website
Ensure that the nescafeproxy.php script is installed

I tried "Tetris", "Snake Rattle 'n Roll" and "Super Mario"

Huh. Do you have Javascript enabled?

Other than that, I dunno. Never could get the NES cafe to work right on my computer.

It's not JavaScript. It's Java. But both of them are enabled.

Since is PHP server-side script I think it's problem with server.
