According to the internets they're a buck, and I assume it's while supplies last, as the promotion officially ended in December.

I asked the Burger King here and they said "no, they are full price. I don't know who told you that but they are wrong". Maybe the manager here is keeping all the profits for himself

That's first the forum where it's posted and the second is an image of .99 BK games. However, as some people at cheapass point out that the display is missing the '3' because of the location of the dollar sign.

Unless there is something that is more official than CAG that says .99 I would say it's normal price.
